Warehouse Transfer

When you need to move materials between warehouses — for example, from the central warehouse to a site warehouse — use the Transfer function. The system automatically deducts the quantity from the source warehouse and adds it to the destination warehouse.

Steps

1. Go to Stock → Transfer
2. Click + New Transfer
3. Select the Source Warehouse (the warehouse sending the stock)
4. Select the Destination Warehouse (the warehouse receiving the stock) — must be different from the source
5. Select the Item from the list, or type the name or SKU to search
6. Enter the Quantity to transfer
7. Click Save — the system immediately displays the updated balances for both warehouses

Tip

Check the available balance at the source warehouse before transferring to make sure there is enough stock. You can view balances by warehouse under Stock → Balances.
