Users & Roles
The Users and Roles menus give owners and administrators full control over their team — from inviting new members to defining exactly what each role can see and do.
System Roles
Section titled “System Roles”| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — approves POs at all levels, has access to all reports. |
| Purchasing | Creates and submits PRs and POs, approves POs up to a defined value threshold. |
| Warehouse | Receives goods (GR), transfers stock, adjusts inventory, performs stock counts. |
| Foreman | Submits PRs from the job site, views procurement status. |
| Accountant | Views cost reports and POs; cannot modify stock. |
| Project Manager | Views and creates PRs for assigned projects, accesses cost reports. |
Inviting a New User
Section titled “Inviting a New User”- Go to the Users menu in the left navigation bar.
- Click the Invite User button in the top-right corner.
- Enter the user’s Name and select the desired Role.
- The system generates a LINE-based login link — the user scans the QR code or opens the link to register.
- The user appears in the list as soon as registration is complete.
Changing a Role or Suspending a User
Section titled “Changing a Role or Suspending a User”- On the Users page, find the user you want to update.
- Click the “…” menu at the end of the row → select Edit or Suspend.
- Role changes take effect immediately — the updated permissions apply the next time the user logs in.
Roles & Permissions Page
Section titled “Roles & Permissions Page”The Roles menu lets you fine-tune the specific permissions of each role without needing to create new roles.
- Go to the Roles menu (located below the Users menu in the navigation bar).
- Select the Role you want to adjust.
- Toggle individual permissions on or off (e.g. View Reports, Approve PR, Manage Items).
- Click Save — changes take effect immediately.
