Reports

The Reports menu consolidates key operational data in one place, giving owners and administrators a clear picture of inventory levels, costs, and procurement performance at a glance.


Displays the full movement history of an individual item in a selected warehouse, including goods receipts (GR), transfers, adjustments, and issues, along with a running daily balance.

How to filter: Select an Item from the dropdown → choose a Warehouse → set a Date Range → click View Report.

Use it to: review opening and closing stock balances, investigate anomalies, and support physical stock counts.


Lists all open Purchase Orders grouped by the number of days they have been outstanding (e.g. 0–30 days, 31–60 days, 61+ days), making it easy to spot delayed orders.

How to filter: Optionally select a Supplier and/or set a PO Date Range → click View Report.

Use it to: identify long-overdue POs, flag underperforming suppliers, and plan follow-up actions.


Compares actual costs — the value of materials issued and received against a project — with the budgeted Bill of Quantities (BOQ), showing the variance and percentage of budget consumed.

How to filter: Select a Project from the dropdown → click View Report.

Use it to: identify over- or under-budget projects and make informed decisions about budget reallocation.


Summarises key statistics for each supplier, including total number of POs, total value, average lead time, and delivery completion rate.

How to filter: Set a Date Range and optionally select a Supplier → click View Report.

Use it to: compare suppliers, negotiate terms, and decide on preferred vendors.


Ranks items by the quantity issued during a specified period — both Top Movers (high-turnover items) and Slow Movers (low-turnover items).

How to filter: Select a Warehouse and set a Date Range → click View Report.

Use it to: plan stock replenishment proactively, reduce excess inventory, and identify items that require close monitoring.
