Settings
The Settings menu brings all system configuration together in one place, organised into four main sections: Company Information, LINE Settings, Notifications, and Display.
Company Information
Section titled “Company Information”Store the company name, logo, address, and contact details that appear on documents such as Purchase Orders and Goods Receipt notes.
- Go to Settings → Company Information.
- Edit the company name, address, phone number, email, and logo.
- Click Save — the updated details appear on all documents immediately.
LINE Settings
Section titled “LINE Settings”Connect your company’s LINE Official Account so the system can send notifications and approval links via LINE.
- Go to Settings → LINE Settings.
- Enter the Channel Access Token from your LINE Developers Console for the company OA.
- Enter the Channel Secret as shown in the LINE Developers Console.
- Click Save — the system tests the connection and displays a “Connected” status.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Control how and when the system sends notifications.
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- Toggle individual notification types on or off (e.g. Low Stock, New PR, PO Approved).
- Set Quiet Hours — the system will not send LINE messages during this window (suitable for outside working hours, e.g. 22:00–07:00).
- Click Save.
Display / Language
Section titled “Display / Language”Adjust your personal language preference and display theme.
- Go to Settings → Display.
- Choose a Language — Thai (th) or English (en).
- Choose a Theme — Light or Dark.
- Click Save — these preferences apply to your account only and do not affect other users.
